Contact information for Takedown / infringement

It is worth noting that when we use material here that is not owned by the site or it's users, it is always because we believe it is what the companies would want. We are a Nintendo fan site and a by-product of that is promoting hardware and software we do not make. If you feel our site is not promoting your products / intellectual property adequately, you may of course issue a take down.

We do our utmost to respect other people's copyright and trademarks. However we are not infallible, nor omnipotent and would ask that if you find material here that you would like removed, you may respectfully ask that it be taken down.

To do this please contact an administrator or the site owner and the material will be taken down as soon as is humanly possible. Or use the site-wide contact form Abusive and threatening language will not get your content taken down any quicker. Please respect my staff and we will in turn respect your requests.
