You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for taking any of these actions

You will not penetrate, abuse or disrupt any systems used for Wii View infrastructure - This includes but is not limited to:

DOS attacks
Gathering and storing personal data
Theft of wii view data
Use of accounts to spam users

Any unauthorised advertising or promotion, anywhere on the site, of any kind is strictly prohibited. If you want to advertise, contact us so we can see if your product is suitable.

Exceptions:
In certain circumstances the site owner will be happy to arrange a custom written agreement / contract for certain pieces of content. This is for exceptional / quality pieces of content and this type of waiver / exception will only be constructed for these occasions. They will usually arise when it's clear the site will profit a great deal from this content.
e.g. If someone created an well loved illustration and that was to be sold by wii-view.co.uk as merchandise (poster, mug etc.).

The staff of wii-view.co.uk cannot be held liable for the actions and content produced by it's users. While we (the staff) make every effort to remove offending items we are not all seeing and all knowing. It is impossible to immediately review everything posted.
You acknowledge all posts made to this website express the views and opinions of their respective authors not the staff (which of course includes the site owner)

Wii View provide a free service with no guarantees on quality of service, delivery and availability
