Rumoured Development on the 3rd Battlefront (4th if you count the portable version)

Developer??? Free Radical? Pandemic? Rebellion?

Rebellion Developments
Rebellion is a British computer games company, based in Oxford, who are most famous for the first Aliens versus Predator computer game. Since 2000, it also publishes comic books and it launched its own book imprint, Abaddon Books, in 2006. More recently in 2007 they developed Renegade Squadron for the PSP. It is the latest instalment in the Star Wars Battlefront series. Until Battlefront III that is!

While this is only rumoured there is a good chance Lucas Arts will not pass up the opportunity to continue cashing in on this hugely successful franchise. The dates come from Azmazon's listing of Battlefront III. Which now appears to have been removed. I can't imagine this game not coming out so maybe the force is with us on this one.
